I think one of the reasons I've taken to writing brief letters is because they don't give me a chance to obsessively dwell. There is concurrent with all of this brutally heavy stuff, some absolutely lovely things in my life. And, having discussed that heavy stuff, I can write another in which I discuss the lovely things.
